Dieting ukiwa safarini

well, niko South Africa kikazi kwa wiki moja, bahati mbaya safari imenikuta nikiwa katika kuanza wiki yangu ya pili ya diet hivyo imenivurugia kabisa! Wateja wangu wengi huwa wanapatwa na hali kama hii, katikati ya diet unapata safari, so nimejaribu kuendela na dietyangu huku huku hotelini. So Jana/ day 1 asubuhi nimejitengenezea kahawa bila sukari at my hotel room nikanywa ndo nikaenda kwenye kazi, mchana nikaenda shoprite kununua matunda na green salad, usiku nimekula chicken breast bila ngozi kidogo na maji. Leo/ day 2 nimenunua brown bread, karoti, apples na bananas nimeweka room ndo ntakula hivyo vitu siku tatu, balance days ni green salad kwa fruit salad na maji, jioni carrots na mishkaki.
So dieters, safari isikuharibie diet, after this week ntawaambia if I suceeded na kuwapa ushauri kwa working moms on diet.

Guys, it didn't work! kula raw carrots ambazo hazina salt or vinega, no vegetables, nyama ya kuchemsha sikupata, matunda nilishindwa kupata varieties ambazo hayahitaji maandalizi! kwa ufupi it was just impossible! so I wasted my 1 week!
